Antiques * Vintage * Cool Stuff
Happenstance Goods is your one-stop shop for Antiques, Vintage and Cool Stuff in the heart of Downtown Oswego. We carry a wide variety of vintage and antique furniture and decor, but we're not your grandma's boring antique store! We and our carefully-selected vendors offer a unique blend of vintage and repurposed goods, salvage, hand-crafted items, vintage and antique furniture and furnishings, painted furniture and much more.
Quite literally, there's something for everyone!
As of May 2024, in addition to our downtown Oswego storefront, you can now find us not only in two spaces on the first floor of The Vintage Marketplace Company, 211 S. Lincolnway, North Aurora, IL (an 11,000 square foot Vendor mall, with loads of amazing mini shops within a shop), but ALSO we can now be found at Plaid Umbrella - collective, 407 E South Street in Plano, IL. This adorable shop is full of vendors with beautifully curated spaces. If you've never been, you're missing out! Visit all of our locations for a huge variety of awesome vintage goodies!
Sometimes pieces are so special they deserve a wider audience. Our eBay store is full of these items! Visit our eBay store by clicking the link below, and let us know if you have questions!
We're a mother-daughter team, and we strive to make our family feel like your family. We offer a level of service you won't find just anywhere.
Have you heard about our Wish List? If you're looking for something specific, we can add it to our Wish List, which is shared with our vendors on a weekly basis. If we or they come across the item you're looking for, we'll bring it to the shop and contact you!
We love our customers, so feel free to stop in and visit during our normal hours.
